I agree same functional effect currently but increased risk long term without knowledge of license agreement. Extremely unlikely that it would become a problem, as it is in John's best interest to channel through BORK as he has so much stake in it. There are senerios that could make this an issue, but they would be so speculative that it is not worth worrying about.
