People are not all over the private offering because of the OTC warning and the fact that there is no production and this NIJ cert. goes on and on and on. It is better to invest in the open market because then you have the freedom to buy/sell when you want instead of being locked in for over a year. I really don't know why everyone needs news every week. BORK is attempting to start a company from nothing. I would say he needs at least 5 years to get established. It is clear he is very green at all of this.
