Cloud Centric, Inc. is pleased to announce that FINRA has approved a forward split of 1.03:1, and name change for Cloud Centric Systems, Inc.
As of August 12th, 2011, Cloud Centric has renamed the company from Cloud Centric Systems, Inc. to Cloud Centric, Inc. “The change is of great significance to the future of our business. Although the dropping of 'Systems' from the end may seem small, it represents the future of computing, which is services delivered from the Internet. Cloud Centric is Cloud Focused, systems are the past and our business is 100% focused on the future of computing," says Michael Jenkins.
Cloud Centric has been working extensively over the last few months with FINRA to achieve the forward split and the name change.
In addition to the above, Cloud Centric, Inc. is pleased to announce an investor conference and Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will take place on November 7th 2011, in Orlando, FL, the venue details will be provided. Cloud Centric encourages all shareholders and well as potential investors to attend.
