Worst case scenario: Zilch. The toxic financing yields nothing for tech development, if there is any tech.

Mid-range: Insufficient funds to make any meaningful attempts or tries at development of Embarq etherware, if there is any tech.

Best case scenario: Maybe $25k to fritter away in a feeble attempt to take the dream tech off of the hardisc storage on a laptop and transfer it to a testbed device in some overseas job shop, if there is any tech.
