ICTY one year weekly chart
chart shows the uptrend. all the indicators have turned up. accum/dist finally moving north, and CMF getting ready to go green.
volume has been relatively equal the last four weeks at somewhere around 50M a week. in a tightly held stock like this, that may be enough to continue to move it, but i think it will need (and will get) more. 100M a week should send to a higher platform.
btw... after 3 weeks of topping out at .0006, it looks like that has become support.
