JK and the rest of the D party still think statesmanship and bipartisanship are in vogue even though the right abandoned those principles 15 years ago when they started chasing Clinton. Until Kerry, Biden, Feinstein and all the other democratic statesmen recognize that republicans have changed the rules and that nice guys now finish last in Washington, they'll continue to lose house seats, judges and anything else they let the right take away from them. These guys aren't stupid but how many times do you have to get beat up before you start fighting back? It's pitiful to watch and impossible to support with a vote imo.
