Cramer made another notable observation....

He said:

..."You are more likely to do jail time for stealing $27 from the local 7-11 than for stealing billions on Wallstreet"...

Altho I'm sure he was speaking from personal experience, he was absolutely right! Every once in a while, he says something of merit. Kudlow is useless, and dangerous to the individual investor. If the market rose every time Kudlow and Cramer said "RALLY!", we be past DOW 36,000! :)
