You could very well be right as I'm not a tax attorney or CPA to know all the loop holes that are there to advise you or your friends. BTW, I think the Walton family is still in control of Wal-Mart by the shear number of shares they still own. I even think that chairman of Wal-Mart is still one of the Walton boys. But I could be wrong. Your point though is well taken but I don't think is unsolvable given $100-200K to a good tax attorney. After all, IMO, most of the laws in this country are passed by lawyers in order to enrich themselves by getting paid by their clients to work around them. <g>
