I was just pointing out that people with $1.5 million tax free inheritance ain't poor. BTW, there are many companies even bigger than $100 mil. that survived just fine (the Walton family comes to mind) so there must be either loopholes or ways to get around the issue. Maybe a CPA can comment on the issues of the inheritance tax. I do know there are ways around it.
