I can understand Offor having a tight-lipped policy, and I don't have a problem like that. If his policy is to have an IR department that demeans investors and deflects questions, I would have a problem with that. I definately have a problem with the person answering the phone trying to answer questions that she has no knowledge about, hanging up on people, and calling investors assholes. I hope that, at least, would be addressed by a replacement.
Personally, I don't think Coleman is going anywhere. He's been around too long, and just like many non-insiders, he was waiting for the "pop" that never came. He wanted to sell last year, so he probably does need money. As for as I know, he works for shares. I am suprised he waited this long to file.
Also, even if he were to leave that does not mean he has to sell, nor vice versa. He could leave and keep his shares for as long as he wanted, if he wanted to.
