There's some truth to this no doubt. Its like being placed in jail without a trial and without any proof and still in jail when no proof of guilt was apparently offered -certainly nobody provided proof of newsletter promotion by CWRN on this board. OTC personally told me the reason for the classification was it LOOKED LIKE their had been a newsletter promotion by the company-for the vast majority of the time stock doesn't rise that much several days running without a massive news promotion.
There was a game by somebody possibly in connection with the buyout offer but that did not figure into otc's decision nor did the 12-30 PR-according to what otc told me.

After months of extremely depressed ppps due to mm manipulation etc market forces finally do their thing and CWRN gets punished for it.
Due to for profit companies otcmarkets.com HUGE conflict of interest -it gets more in filing etc fees from these companies by forcing them to upgrade to current info status and by forcing them to provide previous years financials (even if presently irrelevant)-they are ready to slap the classification.
