If you read the filing in the 8K you will discover the schedule for the disbursing of the funds from the floorless debentures.

Da Boyz proclaim one thing in the PR but actually state something else in their SEC filings. They give you a choice, or so it seems. Pablum and coolaid for the sycophants in the PRs and more information for the realists in their SEC filings.

As Dave recently indicated, how do you fund R&D for etherware when the monies are commited to be spent elsewhere leaving little or no monies for tech development?
