I'd like to see dividends deductible as an expense, similar to how interest is dedected as a line item, and options expensed in a similar fashion.

I'd like to see the executive compensation bubble burst. If it were not for options, much of the accounting problems would have been avoided.

I may be wrong, but I believe S-Corps have a 3% higher tax rate than a C corp in exchange for the unlimited dividend distribution right.
