Good news would have been negotiating skills outside the courtroom. Not saying the end will not be OK, but considerable delays are going to weigh on the stock price.
Maybe there will be a sudden turnaround and Samsung and Rambus come to an agreement. (like happened between Samsung and Tessera, but that was after 1.5 years fierce litigating)

Ha, I am from Holland, a country half it's surface below sea level and consisting mostly of clay. Very few stones. Now I live in Spain and for the first time in my life had to work the pixax to even plant a simple small palm tree:( I admire those poor farmers who used to hack their livelihood out of the mountains like this.
