Time out! Dr., with all due respect, I believe you are right as we have all learned this the past three years! But, the E/C hired Susman to get to an equitable point to satisfy ripped off shareholders, right! Susman learned along the way the these fricken criminals do this on a regular basis! If they can illicit a settlement that is acceptable to EC thus shareholders then it's end game, temporarily! It would be the responsibility of the SEC and DOJ to pursue these bastards after that (settlement)! Then, my friends we are back to square one with bought and sold corrupt politicians, agencies, etc. Believe me, I would personally fight you to be to one to light the match under the cross I would love to see these bastards hanging on!
