I don't see a problem with having 'audited financials' (only annual is audited by the way) with the financials that have been filed to date.

Folks think fabricated sales of millions (by POs and LOIs)? ha ha ha

Folks think our $1 (one dollar) valuation of intellectual property (Trade secrets formulations and trademarks) overvalued? ha ha ha

With chartered accountant monthly assisting (since inception) I don't think an audit would be painstaking or all that expensive relative to the books I currently see.

There is a time and place (not soon imo), but with right tipping points - it very well could make sound business sense to proceed forward in such a fashion.
