There's no way someone paid $135k and 450k shares again for 1 interview. This has to be the result of the promotional fees from last year.

Even so, I'd say whoever paid the money and shares got shafted on this one. Karma can be pretty nasty.

Those who cannot learn from history are doomed to repeat it.
