That's what would be expected. But what if (as mentioned in the PR) that Earthcom Service C por A DOES end up qualifying and Fitch rates it BB or BBB?
Are those considered junk in your book? Cause they certainly aren't in mine. You think Warren Buffet got where he is by buying junk? He got there by buying undervalued securities. Perhaps Val has enough material to submit to Fitch to justify his hopes for BB or BBB rating.
