This is typical political BS double-speak. It says nothing.

Here's another example of more hot-air BS that sounds exactly like the crap above:
"We continue to work hard to ensure we maximize the potential opportunities that arise in dynamic areas of the operations that we are currently engaged in pursuing, which we belive could result in a significant increase in shareholder value."
