of course a paint can affect a chart, that's one of the reasons people do it, up or down.

for some reason i didn't catch the last trade beez is talking about for $41. mine listed the two downward paints before that, that went through at the very same second at 15:18:16 - one for $29 and one for $11.50. these are the trades that someone did to paint the pps downward to .0023 from .0024, and was the paint that the last trade of the day for roughly the same dollar amount corrected.
