Lawrence.. You know me, I would never suggest something so easy to figure out.. I am just saying if I was a recognized Pro Se "by this court" and I had the ability to get up there and be a presence, I might file the Motion and see where it goes. I would love to see the objections and why.. Stern neutered this court on Fraudulent Transfer and Preference "state law claims" we know this now, it has to be an Article III court to decide these and this BK judge (THJMW) knows it also.. Someone just has to follow the protocol..
