Sam - You are quite welcome. As far as I know, FASC has several patents that apply to the KDS in part and in total. So I don't believe anyone else can make the same patent claims. There may be issues in certain countries, but I think they are okay in the markets that sales are being made into.

I was initially more concerned about the fee structure regarding licensing fees. Those are small enough that FASC will never survive if that were the only source of revenues. However, the fees are more of a backhanded indicator of overall sales growth in many parts of the world. Essentially, each is a beachhead for the KDS. At some point, a mega-company will do more than just be an observer and will tender an offer to acquire the rights to the KDS. We should be an upward pps trajectory based on direct sales/licensing fees in the mean time, but at some point in the not too distant future my sense is the acquisition will happen. The upcoming SEC reports and anticipated revenues will help provide some guidance to the pace that possibility will happen at.

What I am certain of is the next 6-12 months will be exciting!
