Just take a look at the activity when dilution is happening. It speaks volumes.

Trying to be fair here. We both have been following this stock for a long time. Brav does an average of about two PRS per week. Usually Monday and one mid week. Dilution has been happening as well to fund expansion and revenue drivers. So it is fair to say that DA press releases sometimes when dilution is occurring and he releases PRS when dilution is not occurring. I fail to see a pattern other then the fact the company releases PRs about twice a week.
