I believe that it would make since for someone to paint upwards. The last few days close to closing someone has been selling a small amount of shares right at closing. What since does that make. Thursday it was 2000 shares at .0026. Who sells 2000 shares at .0026 unless it is for SP manipulation. That's what I believe he was referring to

so it makes no sense to paint down, but it makes sense to paint upwards?

Some sheep are smarter and more talented than others!!
