You're not reading it wrong, you are just incorrectly assuming that this list has any bearing on what is being offered in the market place.
Think about it. 1.6M server systems were sold last quarter, but if you count the total number of processors being offered from these distributors, it totals just a couple hundred.
With a distributor list that represents <<1% of the server market, you can't use it as a relevant statistical point.
