Don't all wide-awake folks know lawyers are foot soldiers in Lucifer's Legion?? No incongruity when it comes to the Rambus lawyers either. Imagine Messers Danforth, Stone and Team are merely on sabbatical from the hell fires doing good works to atone for grievous sins in past lives ; )

No argument from me. Born and raised in the USofA. Pure luck. Here's our choices, though. Go with the $100MM (that's at least $100,000,000) Dollar Rambus Investor Who Has His Money Where His Mouth Is or go with the Anonymous Lawyer Who Speaks About Rambus And Nobody Is Sure Exactly Why??
Easy answer for me, but I know successful businessmen who are also wealthy people and very good stock pickers, so consider me biased : )
On a serious note, the market absorbed the news readily today without much damage to the share price. With no retail demand, the stock remains under the control of the professionals who appear to be closing short positions and accumulating shares, stealthily. Both the moneyflow and tick were positive again today.
