That compensation disclosure has been kicking around since at least last December ( http://otcreporter.com/Newsdetails.asp?NewsId=2347 ) and I guess it popped up again because of this:

The WHOLE sentence reads:
"The LLC Companies received one hundred and thirty five thousand dollars and four hundrd fifty thousand free trading shares from a non-affiliate third party shareholder of GRNO in return for OTCR’s services to publicly and electronically disseminate information pertaining to GRNO, of which no shares have been sold.
(emphasis added)

The above are included in a so-called "Featured Report" which appears on otcreporter.com now, but except for the "audio interview" item appears dated. Does "of which no shares have been sold" still hold true?


Ihub shows average daily volume of 190,000, but it's all over the place. In looking at the volume issue I noticed a sharp drop in share price on heavy volume between 4/28 and 5/12.
