After filing the delay for the annual report that is due, soon means a few days more, since Mike has 15 extra days to file and he has never missed a filing, late but sure. And IMO we will see a coordinated plan released that will include the start of IBA in action, as Mike already 'unofficially' announced. Is good you are laughing at this time, enjoy yourself for a few days more.
