Correction to part of the previous MediaG3 message:

Val Westergard has been at the helm of MediaG3 for two years and has made some fantastical claims in that time, NONE of which has ever proved true.

When MediaG3 was selling private placement shares in Sep.- Dec. 2009, Val Westergard and Joe Anzalone were falsely claiming that Imperial Wireless WiMax services were being successfully rolled out in several US cities.

Additionally, the Canadian promoter Penny Stock Chaser (PSC) was being paid to tout MDGC stock at the same time of the private placement. PSC was later shut down by the SEC for fraud: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/board.aspx?board_id=18185
