Monthly Branded/Generic US Lovenox Scripts

I’ve converted Rocky’s weekly script numbers to average weekly
figures for each month. Please see #msg-65934586 for the quarterly
data. The decline is total scripts during June and July is normal
seasonal variation. The big jump in the generic’s market share in
Mar 2011 is explained in #msg-62029438.
