Looking at reseller Mike's list, no 32-bit Xeon are listed and looking at Dell's website there are no 32-bit Xeon's readily available.
You are checking these indicators today - and it's June - while the data is from Q1, most likely 130nm 32-bit Prestonia sales from January and February.
