from what I understand, when the float went from 40mil to 60 mil at beginning of June, alot of that was the shares that became available for sale (previously restricted). Alot of those people were compensated with stock, so they were dumping it. Seems like alot of the "higher-ups" are still restricted, but not really sure. But all those shares that were never sold are now restricted again supposedly because of this late filing.
