If you are a trader, or an investor, you got to pick your points to buy and just do it.

If the inequitable trial thingy came today, MNTA would be cheaper.

If it came next year, I bet it won't be cheaper. Assuming you are right about the possible verdict.

Hell, if a nuke went off in NY, MNTA would be cheaper, so what?
