I will continue digging to see what more I can find on this relationship on internet searches, as I would assume the parties would be close-mouthed on this.

I think the mention of a specific piece of machinery like the KDS in their patents, vis-a-vis more generic terms of alternative biomass grinders, as noted below, gives the impression that the KDS is prominent to them.

"Equipment generally used for grinding biomass includes impact mills (e.g. hammer mills), attrition mills, and kinetic disintegration mills-KDS(e.g. flail mills)."

SunDrop is a major player now with the injection of $155 million via partnership with Chespeake Energy, a NYSE corporation.
