Entittlements for big buis and especially members on the Hill should not be forgotten. In 2006, the ave spent by lobbyists per Representative was about 2 million dollars.. on a yearly basis. It is no longer a "public service position" for the Reps... so if $ is why 99.9% of reps are on the Hill, then "Entittlements rule" all aspects of policy decisions.. and the "friends get theirs before anyone else, lol.
