Obama wants to get rid of tax loop holes, but not reform the tax code in any other way. The true Tea Party conservatives are for eliminating loop holes, reducing rates then possibly adding a small National Consumption Tax to genrate revenue from those who are hiding their money, illegals who do not pay taxes and foreign tourists.

Obama's way will inrease the tax burden, but have little to no increase in revenue. The right way will decrease the tax burden and also increase revenue.
