Have you done any DD on a reverse merger?

What do you think a bunch of stock holders are going to do when they thought they were bag holders of TSAS and find that they have something that is now worth some cash?

Depending on how long they were bag holders and how many shares they have after a 3-to-1 split, I imagine some would exit pretty quick myself.

I think it would be really telling to find out how much the execs are underwater with their own shares. I wouldn't be surprised to find out that they are 50-75% underwater.
