So we are presuming that they seek even better terms with the next prospect?

If by better terms you mean better than Lovenox , the answer is certainly yes.

What is realistic in that sense....90/10, 60/40?

There are too many moving parts to an FoB partnership to forecast what the profit split will be without addressing what the various other terms will be.
