Too many excuses if you ask me. But neither you nor I matter, only the SEC. I suspect they've been looking at GRNO since EIGH and Monk's Den days. Then GRNO provided information to the SEC about getting their filings up to date and then at least went silent on the "We're making tons of money" PRs.
Still no financials, but now they're starting with the PRs again.

If I had to bet, I'd bet the SEC isn't going to be pleased. On the plus side, once they get involved, we'll find out pretty quickly if the scam theory is right.
