Buy out.....this is pure speculation and not productive whatsoever...

Who here is qualified to know both companies and all the "whathaveyous" that took place to begin with - other then what people have read...

To even suggest that the best for IBM is a buyout has no validity whatsoever.

Grant you, there has been a lawsuit filed....And I sure an heck am not going to speculate what IS good or NOT good for IBM.

IBM is a huge company and may NOT be in the mood to buy us and may look at the whole this as FLUFF and foo-foo...NO one knows right now and surely no one knows what IMB's power corporate lawyers maybe be looking over and balancing.

It would NOT be the first time I've seen a huge corp. say "bring it on" knowing full well, that little guy can't afford it. Or they decide they WILL make an example of those who come up against them...

So, bottom line, and everyone always hates when I post this type of garbage...But you all need to think about it and think about the other side...Lawsuits happen every day of the week. That's why there are thousands of lawyers!! LOL

I mean if there was a buy to settle, I sure wouldn't be opposed either.....But that was not the first thing that came to mind..

So, I can't hep but feel, everyone just needs to settle back and see what develops rather than put a spin on things.
