You always can sue the scammers look at this file (( http://www.sec.gov/litigation/complaints/2008/comp20681.pdf )) No matter what they say no matter what disclaimer they make.. the pump and dumb is Illegal by the law add for that the newsletters scaming loophole .. always the law against the scam ..all I want is a lawyer who specialitst in this with some evidences of this illegal what they do that reportable for FNRA as well .. your rights would never lost in this free country .. thanks
