Jerry...there is a reason Expo didn't buy out the entire Builders Choice company and only made it sound that way so they could sell EXPH shares based on the false assumption they did buy BC. Why should Brown and Harrs assume a huge federal tax lien from BC when they could simply take BC's idea, park 19 of BC's employees on Expo's shareholder financed payroll and start stealing the BC employee's 941 witholding taxes for their OWN benefit? You will note that they decided to start pocketing all their employee's tax witholdings at just about the exact same time they took on all the BC employees. Coincidence? You think Brown has ever run across a sleazy, low life, criminal, scam idea he failed to take advantage of, LMAO?

The unbelievable SCUMBAGS that run these scams NEVER, in all the eleven years I have been following them, NEVER fail to amaze me. Absolutely shameless...they'd steal bread crusts from their starving mothers...IMHO.
