To scrutinize money made from stock sales the IRS would need to collaborate with the SEC.
There are so many suspicious practices by the EXPO MGMT concerning EXPH stock, ie false and misleading press releases to sell vast amounts of shares which are severe Securities Violations.
Once the IRS looks under the proverbial rock to find money owed to them they can freeze all bank accounts and assets in a New York Minute.
And then the SEC will use their Hubble-sized microscope to look at all of EXPO's actions over the years.
" Transparency squared " ( BARF ) is soon to happen and Pandora's Box of snakes will turn this company, stock, and insiders to stone.
Pathetic in all contexts....and very, very criminal what the EXPO MGMT have done to their employees and shareholders.
To bite the worm of incite is to bite the HOOK of the antagonist . They win .
