So EXPO deducted the taxes from their employees and didn't submit those deductions to the IRS.

When each employeee files their tax returns they will have to show the amount of tax deducted by their employer, except that tax is still payable since the magnanimous EXPO MGNT ( you know, those folks with *integrity* ) didn't remit the deducted taxes to the IRS. It's unlikely the IRS would go after the EXPO employees for unpaid taxes that were deducted by EXPO but it is possible the IRS could reject their tax returns because the amount of tax deductions claimed weren't submitted to the IRS.

That is fraudulent theft against the employees as well as the IRS because the employees earned that money and they paid their taxes through deductions...money that was stolen from them.

JEEBUS.....those employees should demand to be paid their full hourly wage with NO deductions by EXPO so that they can make sure their taxes are submitted by themselves.

The EXPO MGMT steal from shareholders with monstrous Securities Violations and they steal from their employees.

Those jerks don't have any inkling what integrity means.

To bite the worm of incite is to bite the HOOK of the antagonist . They win .
