I don't think they will be rejected because what about the people who sold during this lock? I'm pretty sure that money is their money and they get to keep it so our shares are (should be) our shares! Besides, the brokers that are able to trade this are Canadian brokers so they must be under different circumstances or they just simply wouldn't be allowed to trade just like the rest of them.

I personally think a lot of that "notice" does not pertain to PELE or to ALL of those stocks. I think every symbol listed in there has SOMETHING within that notice pertaining to them but not EVERYTHING.

We will find out soon enough though but like DaliaTom said, the lock for PELE still COULD come off sooner but we will see
