yeah they do, however i don't think anything is going to come of it, the contract they announced yesterday is absolutely massive, I reckon they could put up at least 300 processors on this contract alone, these processors are about $600k each, the company will own and operate them, they produce about 109 barrels of heating or diesel oil a day, cost per barrel is $10, they can sell that according to their letest sales contracts for $110 per barrel, $5 mil in cash on their books and no debt, 67 mil shares outstanding, looks like huge potential to me.
