Absolutely! They don't want it to go to court because it brings a negative light on a company who for the most part has a STERLING reputation on the big boards. I expect IBM will write a check and make it go away. The PR yesterday popped up on QSGI and IBM's ticker so there is no question there is new eyes on Q now watching this unfold. IBM does not want any negative light to be shined on their company..IMO they will write the check if they are smart..the case is built. It's pretty cut and dry. Anyone who says otherwise is full of it..just like they said there would NEVER be a lawsuit lol.
