That makes sense. They may be getting some shares of stock in RLTR as part of the partnership, avoiding the tax liabilities of RLTR. That possibility had not occurred to me. Later, once RLTR has straightened its affairs, there might be a merger.

In a way, this might be much better for us. We do not get diluted to the max, so any benefits will accrued mostly to us.
