I hate to be Mr. Kittylitter, but the precision of his language is what bothers me. Until now, he has spoken of the merger. That they are working hard on the merger, etc. Then he speaks of the finalization of the relationship. Almost makes me think that talks have ended and that there will be no merger. In my dumazzz opinion.
