VD if by any chance you have had the pleasure of reading the Court Transcripts from last thursday, you would be quite surprised to see that the Judge was very open to all the letters that have been sent to him + the open repore he had in his court with the shareholders that were present and were given time to fill him in on the caae.. get yourself a copy and ENJOY.. I can't quite remember but he never told any of the shareholders to sit down, BUT he did have to tell the trustees Lawyer to SIT ON IT a few times..
